At the intersection of three counties (Harris, Fort Bend, Waller), the Katy area offers distinct opportunities all in one place. It has the amenities of a major metropolitan area with the advantageous atmosphere of hometown living.

The Katy area is situated approximately 30 miles to the west on I-10 from downtown Houston. The area is rich in history as a major rail center, a major center of rice farming and the early oil industry.
